These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FinanceAI, operated by JLS Bookkeeping & Consulting LLC. By purchasing a subscription or accessing the training program, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

FinanceAI is a 7-day Claude AI certification training program designed for Finance and Accounting professionals in the hospitality industry. The program includes video lessons, example prompts, tutorials, and reference materials accessible via our online dashboard.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are available in three tiers: Starter ($19.99/4 weeks), Professional ($49.99/12 weeks), and Annual ($99.99/year)
• All subscriptions auto-renew at the same rate unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You will receive a reminder email before each renewal
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• All prices are in USD

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• To cancel, contact us at info@jlsbookkeepingservices.com
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to the program until your current period expires
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period

Please see our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary, refunds are not provided once access to the training program has been granted, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

By accessing FinanceAI, you agree to:

• Use the program for your own professional development only
• Not share your login credentials or access link with others
• Not reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content
• Not use the content to create competing products or training programs
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the FinanceAI training program — including lesson text, example prompts, tutorials, and structural design — is the intellectual property of JLS Bookkeeping & Consulting LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

FinanceAI is an educational program. The content is provided for informational and training purposes only and does not constitute professional accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice. Always consult a licensed professional for specific advice applicable to your situation.

Results from applying the training techniques will vary based on individual effort, experience, and circumstances. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JLS Bookkeeping & Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the FinanceAI program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the FinanceAI program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada.
