Summary: Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds once access to the training program has been granted. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.

1. No Refund Policy

Because FinanceAI is a digital training program that provides immediate access to all course materials upon purchase, we do not offer refunds after access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have received immediate access to digital content and waive any right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions & Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
You will receive a reminder email before each renewal charge
If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date
Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription and prevent future charges:

Include your name and the email address used for purchase
We will process your cancellation within 1 business day
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

You were charged in error (duplicate charge)
A technical issue prevented you from accessing the program and we were unable to resolve it
Required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the program pending resolution.
